Used. This machine is in poor cosmetic condition. There is rust everywhere inside and out, except where the metal is covered with paint in bad condition or millimeters-thick layers of grease.  There are no information labels of any kind, anywhere that we could find. The power cord is in bad condition and should be replaced.
Notes:
This machine was working when removed from service, several years ago. The inner conical vessel rotates easily and quietly when turned by hand, and the whole inner works can be shaken side-to-side by hand.  The inner lid does not clamp down securely.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
