    Description

    The tool has aluminum drive wheel 6" and
    cast iron
    4" guide
    Main vertical plate (6x12") and table (3x8") 3/8" thk
    Platen 1/4" thk
    INSTRUCTIONS
    (see pictures)
    1. Attach the main vertical plate to the motor
    2. Attach the tool post to the main vertical plate
    3. Attach the lower wheel assembly (6" wheel
    - 5/8" hole, keyway key and set screw) to the motor
    leaving 1/4"
    gap between wheel and main vertical plate
    4. Attach the upper wheel assembly (4" wheel) to the tool post
    5. Install the guard
    5. Align the upper wheel to the lower wheel using a straight edge
    6. Install the platen
    7.
    Install the table
    8.
    Install the belt
    ATTENSION
    The main vertical plate has 2-3/4in dia hole for the shaft of the motor to go thru. The face of the motor
    should not interfere with the main vertical plate. If you use the recommended motor must be removed the lip of the motor using an angle grinder. The diagonal distance between the holes on the face of the motor is 5-7/8in.
    PS. Recommended to use 1.5-2HP motor (5/8" dia shaft, 3/16" keyway)
    with 2 capacitors, TEFC, 3450 rpm.
    The speed of the belt is 5400 feet/min.Belt-not-included.
